Located in Oceanside, CA, (and completed in 2010) this luxury townhome community has a unique Italian design which lends a great accent to the lighting installed on the project. Numerous decorative street lights and up-lights are scattered throughout the developments streets, walkways and architectural focal points to create a well balanced lighting layout. A project such as this shows the full scope of our services where we take a site lighting plan through all construction phases. From the first trench excavation to the final fixture install, we solely installed a fully operational site lighting system that greatly enhanced a unique development.
